Apprenticeship system.

North Carolina is a RAPIDS state — the federal Office of Apprenticeship administers registered apprenticeship programs directly via the Registered Apprenticeship Partners Information Database System. Apprenticeship data is reported to the U.S. Department of Labor at the individual record level.
